Licensing by mail:
In order to license your dog through the mail you must complete the information below:

MAIL TO: Town Clerk, 40 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035
NOTE: You must include with this form
- A copy of the Rabies certificate
- a check made payable to the Town of Foxborough
a. in the amount of $12.65 for male/female dogs or
b. in the amount of $10.65 for neutered male/spayed female dogs (evidence of spaying or neutering is needed if first time registration)
- a self-addressed envelope
NOTE: If all required information is provided to this office, we will return the dog license to you in the envelope provided by you. If we do not receive all of the required information, we cannot license your dog.
An additional $20.00 late fee shall be assessed for dogs unlicensed by January 31st of each year. (GBL, Art# V, Sec. 3)
